In recent whispers from the halls of disclosure, it is alleged that the President of the United States has been briefed on a non-human group known as the "Tall Whites." These beings are described as tall, fair-skinned, with advanced technology and a demeanor that is neither hostile nor overtly benevolent. Rather than visitors from distant galaxies, there is growing reason to believe these beings are not from afar, but from within.
This article proposes that the so-called Tall Whites are not extraterrestrials in the traditional sense, but representatives of a breakaway civilization described in various ancient and esoteric sources. Shambhala and the Inner Kingdoms
Tibetan prophecies speak of Shambhala, a hidden realm of advanced beings who live in harmony, possess deep spiritual knowledge, and will one day emerge to restore balance when the surface world descends into chaos. The Dalai Lama has openly taught the Kalachakra Tantra, which includes prophecies about Shambhala's return. Whether taken metaphorically or literally, these teachings position the Dalai Lama as an emissary of something deeper and more ancient than modern politics.
The rulers of Shambhala are said to reside in a celestial city surrounded by rings of snow mountains. The Kalachakra texts speak of a future King of Shambhala, Rudra Chakrin, who will ride out with a celestial army to end the darkness of ignorance. The parallels to Olaf Jansen’s description of a Great High Priest ruling over the Inner World are uncanny.
“We were finally brought before the Great High Priest, ruler of the land. He was richly robed... and could not have been less than fourteen or fifteen feet in height.” (The Smoky God, pg. 120)
This being is described in Tolkien-like fashion, evoking images of the Valar from The Silmarillion, especially Manwë—King of the Air, sovereign of light, wisdom, and the skies. It suggests that at least one of these inner-world beings may occupy a throne of global or even cosmic influence.

In The Smoky God, Olaf Jansen recounts traveling through the Inner World on a noiseless, one-railed vehicle:
“The trip was made at a very high rate of speed... without any apparent attempt to level the earth as we do for railroad tracks.”
“On the top of each car were high geared fly wheels lying on their sides... so automatically adjusted that... the high speed of these fly wheels geometrically increased.” (pg. 118)
These vehicles hovered and maintained stability as if immune to gravity. The propulsion system is later explained:
“These revolving fan-like wheels... destroyed atmospheric pressure, or what is generally understood by the term gravitation.” (pg. 119)
This rudimentary yet elegant description implies an understanding of field nullification, centrifugal resonance, or gravitic counteraction—not unlike modern theories of antigravitics and torsion field propulsion.
Tibetan Descriptions of Flying Beings
Tibetan texts describe beings who can travel vast distances through air and space. The term 'lung-gom-pa' refers to practitioners who, through mastery of breath and subtle energy, could seemingly fly or glide across mountaintops. There are records of flying stupas, luminous chariots, and 'sky-goers' (dakinis) who traverse in and out of the Earth realm without effort.
In the epic Padmasambhava accounts and Bon traditions, celestial beings descend in flying palaces or 'vimānas', appearing as light-bodied sages garbed in glowing robes. These beings bear striking resemblance to the Tall Whites—luminous, fair, solemn, and aloof.

In Keepers of the Garden, she outlines a group of beings tasked with seeding and overseeing Earth’s evolution. Some of these beings, she notes, reside within the Earth and have remained hidden due to humanity's immaturity and volatility. In The Custodians, this theme is expanded: the Earth is under guardianship, and these watchers intervene only when necessary.

The Emerald Tablets of Thoth speak of the "Halls of Amenti," located deep within the Earth, where the Lords of the cycles maintain balance and bestow wisdom. The Book of Enochmentions the "Watchers," a group of heavenly beings who descended and interacted with mankind, some of whom were later bound beneath the Earth.
